Michelin Star Restaurant- Rita Ora

Lauren and I decided to treat ourselves to a fancy lunch at a Michelin star restaurant- apparently Copenhagen, that tiny little city, is a mecca for amazing chefs- and has several Michelin star restaurants in tow. Michelin stars are given to chefs for outstanding food.

Round 1:

Raw langoustine w gin and tonic chaser

Asparagus spear w coffee dust

Fried crostini w smoked duck and orange marmalade

Round 2:

Antipasti of halibut w wild rice and eggplant

Round 3:

Gnocchi carbonara w prosciutto and vegetable ash

Round 5:

Veal w asparagus, violet cauliflower, mushroom, corn quinoa and an asparagus dusting
