Louvre and Moulin Rouge

Our second day started at the Louvre, we spent the first 30 minutes navigating through hordes of traffic just to see the Mona Lisa, by the time we finished the last thing we wanted to see were crowds...

Amazingly the rest of the Louvre was almost empty and full of amazing things, there were paintings, antiques, but also a ton of statues... some which were particularly creepy...

But we also go some nice and beautiful art.
French .. Typical French

After the Louvre, we decided to go home and change, and head to Montmartre, the artsy part of Paris where Christian from Moulin Rouge lived... we started out at the Sacre Couer (Sacred Heart) cathedral where they were having a beautiful service (it was holy week). We then ventured through the hills to this beautiful little french restaurant where i had some amazing fish and risotto.. except i didnt realize i had to spine the fish (what is the term for that?)...

Finally, we ended the night at the Moulin Rouge... it was so great! Not just rated R, although we saw some nudity, but the songs and dancing were good and there was also some eye candy for the ladies!
