Road trip

It's so nice to be able to just drive two hours and be in another country! Since I loved Brussels so much with the girls, and my mom has been to Amsterdam before, we took a road trip to Belgium for the weekend!

We saw the top of the city from sacred heart basilica, a different view than atomium...


And of course, more chocolate!!

    The Atomium loomed in the distance--its five habitable spheres dwarfing the many homes--its stainless steel an ever-constant reminder to the citizens of Brussels that André Waterkeyn watched over them...
